Why should I create an account?
Create an account makes shopping with us much easier. It allows you to:
- Check the status of your recent order and keep track of previous orders.
- Store your email, shipping and billing addresses information to ease checking out process.
I forgot my account password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Lost your password?”. We will ask you to enter your email account and then immediately send you an email to reset the password.
How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of each page. Try to enter a general description and use more keywords, then the less products you will get in the result page. When you find a product you are interested, simply click the product name or product image for more details.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to purchase with confidence on our shop.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within 60 days.
- The items you received was not as described or low quality.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
How do I place an order?
After deciding the product(s), color and quantity, simply click the “PayPay – Buy Now” Button that proceed to Pay with PayPal with sign in to your PayPal account or pay with Debit or Credit Card with submit your card details.
If you want to check out later or buying multiple products, click “ADD TO CART” to add the product into Shopping Cart. After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal, then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got PayPal account. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
What are your Payment Methods?
We accept PayPal and Debit & Credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover Card)
What is the payment currency?
All prices will be shown in local currency depending on which country the customer is in for their convenience. However, when customer checks out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
How long do I wait until my order is sent out?
Our handling time takes 1-2 business days. This means that your order(s) will be sent out within this period. Estimated shipping time varies by location and can be longer that 10 days due to high demand.
When will I receive the product(s) after I place an order?
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Our standard shipping typically takes 12-30 days and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment"?
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-10 days for the tracking information to update on the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
How do I know if my items have been shipped?
When your items have been shipped, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within 5-10 days after the package(s) shipped.
